Permit Drop (“we,” “us”) runs this site and the ads that send people here. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Applying on this site is a request to be contacted. It is not a paid contract.

What we collect

If you apply, we collect what you type: name, phone, email, company, trade, revenue band, cities you want work in, and optional website. Ads may also pass a campaign or source tag so we know which ad you came from.

The site and our ads may also collect device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, and ad click IDs. If you book a call, the calendar tool may collect the same contact details again plus the time you pick.

How we use it

• Call or text you about your application and whether we can take your trade in your city.
• Set a 20-minute call and follow up if you miss it.
• Deliver the service if we work together (leads, inbox, support).
• Measure ads and keep spam off the form.

By submitting your phone number you agree we may call and text you about this offer. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it with tools we use to run the business:

• Our CRM / Airtable, so the team can see and work the lead.
• Internal alerts (for example Slack) so someone calls you quickly.
• Our calendar / CRM (GoHighLevel) if you book a slot.
• Advertising platforms such as Meta, if you arrived from an ad. They may use cookies or pixels to measure that ad and show you relevant ads. See Meta’s privacy policy and ad settings.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is sold.

Cookies and ads

This site uses cookies and similar tools that are needed to run the page and the form. If we run Meta or other ads, those companies may set their own cookies to measure conversions and retarget visitors. You can block cookies in your browser. That may break the form or booking page.

How long we keep it

Application records stay as long as we need them to talk to you, deliver the service, or keep business records. If you never become a client, we may still keep the record so we do not contact you again by mistake and so we know if your city is taken.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for the law or an active job. Reply to any text or email from us and say what you want. Do not send card numbers or other secrets over text.

If you are in a state with extra privacy rights (including California), those requests still go the same way. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

Kids

This offer is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Keep using the site after that date means you accept the new version.
