These terms cover this website and the application form. Applying does not lock you into a paid deal. A paid deal only starts if we both agree on a call and you accept those terms then.

Who this is for

The form is for business owners who want more jobs in a city. We work with most trades. We can say no if the trade is not a fit, if the city is already taken, or if the information looks fake.

We take one company per trade per city. If your city is taken, we will tell you on the call.

The offer on this page

The public offer is 10 real leads in 60 days, or a full refund plus $500. A lead is a real phone call or form fill from a buyer in your service radius. Spam, bots, robocalls, sales reps, and job seekers do not count. Ten leads is not ten jobs. Closing is on you.

Results on this site are what clients reported. Your results will vary. Testimonials and texts are from real clients. Names may be withheld.

Price, start date, and anything else we discuss on the call are not part of these website terms. Those live in the agreement you get if you move forward.

The form and the call

You agree the information you submit is true. We may call and text the number you give to qualify you and set a 20-minute weekday call (11am–3pm Central unless we say otherwise). No card is required to apply or to see if we can take you.

Using the site

Do not scrape, spam, or try to break the form. Do not copy client results or videos and pass them off as yours. This site is not part of Facebook. FACEBOOK is a trademark of FACEBOOK, Inc.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or leads you do not close. If a court says we owe you anything related to this website (not a signed service agreement), that amount is capped at $100. Texas law applies. Venue is in Texas.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If you apply after we change them, the new version applies to that application.
